These terms govern your use of the Routling desktop application and website. By installing or using Routling, you agree to them.
Routling is a product of COTORCEANU RADU PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ ("we", "us"), a sole trader registered in Romania and trading as Routling.

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your transaction and will appear on your bank or card statement. We are not registered for VAT: any VAT or sales tax shown at checkout is determined, collected and remitted by Stripe, not by us.
Routling Pro is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the version of Routling you purchased, for as long as you comply with these terms.
Your licence may be activated on up to two devices. Each activation occupies a seat, identified as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can free a seat yourself by deactivating your licence in the application on the computer you want to release. If you no longer have access to that computer - it was lost, sold, or has failed - email us and we will free the seat for you.
A free tier with reduced functionality is available and requires no licence.
We may revoke a licence used in breach of these terms. Where the breach is capable of being remedied, we will contact you first.
Routling is licensed to you, not sold. All intellectual property in the software remains ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.
ASIO® is a registered trademark and software of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Routling is not affiliated with or endorsed by Steinberg.
Your licence covers the version you purchased and any updates we choose to make available to it. We do not guarantee that future major versions will be included, and we may end support for older versions. We will not remotely disable a copy of the software you have lawfully activated.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because Routling is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This is required by Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83.
Beyond that, refunds are considered case by case. We are not able to offer refunds on request or as a change of mind, because the software is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. A free tier is available so you can confirm Routling works on your machine before buying, and we ask that you use it first.
We will normally refund where the software does not work on your system and we are unable to resolve the problem with you, or where you were charged more than once for the same licence. Requests made within 14 days of purchase are the most likely to succeed; later requests are still reviewed, but are considered on their circumstances.
To request a refund, email support@routling.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Every request is reviewed by a person rather than processed automatically, so please allow up to 5 working days for a reply.
Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected by this section.
Routling installs an audio driver and a virtual ASIO device, and interacts with the Windows audio stack at a low level. We take care to do this safely, but the software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content - including the right to repair, replacement, or a price reduction - apply in full and are not limited by this section.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Routling is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost recordings, lost sessions, or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Routling is not certified for use in safety-critical systems, and should not be relied upon as the sole audio path for live broadcast or any other setting where failure would cause serious harm.
We may suspend or terminate access where a licence is used fraudulently, where a payment is reversed or charged back, or where these terms are seriously breached. You may stop using Routling at any time; see the Privacy Policy for deleting your data.
We may update these terms. Changes are not retroactive and do not affect the perpetual licence you have already bought. Material changes will be notified to licence holders by email, and the date above will be updated.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
